Regional buses

On the other hand, from Geneva Airport there are several regional bus routes to several French cities such as Annecy, Bonneville, Chambéry, Chamonix, Cluses, Grenoble, Lyon Perrache and Saint Gervais.

There are also seasonal winter buses that go to the following destinations:

Avoriaz, Morzine, Les Gets, Chamonix, Flaine, Les Carroz, La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, Ballanfat, Les 3 Vallées, Les Menuires, Val Thorens, Loyet, Morzine, Sixt Fer à Cheval, Samoens, Morillon, Tarentaise.

There are other buses that run to Annecy (France) and other ones (seasonal, during winter) that go to ski resort Chamonix (in France and Switzerland).

OTPG Aérobus

The OTPG Aérobus stands for a free service for Geneva Airport employees and employees of companies working on the airport, and also to clients and passengers of the airport.

By taking this bus, it is possible to reach to the following destinations: Carouge-Rondeau, Collège Sismondi, De la Tour Hospital, Les Esserts, Grand-Hangar, Crêts-de-Champel.

TPG (Geneva Public Transport) bus stops are located at both departures and arrivals levels. 

Fares

Passengers can pick up a free ticket named Unireso ticket for public transport from the machine in the baggage collection area at the Arrivals level.

This Unireso ticket is offered by Geneva Airport and allow passengers to use public transport in Geneva for FREE during 80 minutes.

If passengers stay in a hotel, a youth hostel or a campsite in the canton, can receive a "Geneva Transport Card" free of charge. With this card, public transport in Geneva is FREE for the full duration of the stay.

Shuttle buses to hotels

At Geneva Airport passengers can find free frequent shuttle buses to both Swiss and French hotels outside the Arrivals level.
