Geneva Airport Terminal 1
Terminal 1 is the Main Terminal at Geneva Airport and it is divided in five piers known as A, B, C, D and F.
Levels
The terminal building of Geneva Airport consists of 5 levels:
Underground level
Railway Station. Please note that passengers can access to the station from the left end of the upper level.
Ground level
Arrivals, including the baggage claim area.
On the Arrivals level there are the following services: Defibrillator, Wi-Fi, ATMs, Information Point, Showers, Post Office, Car Rental, Access to the parking lots P1 and P2, among others.
First level
Check-in. Find here the French sector (right) which is located on the French part of the airport.
Find the services: Press Room, Medical Care Service, Defibrillators, Wi-Fi, Car Rental, Taxis, Wheelchair Assistance, among others.
Second level
Departures. There’s a centralized security checkpoint, with a wide restaurant area and also a shopping area within the secured transit area.
Please note that in this level the passenger flow is organized and split by Schengen and non-Schengen passengers.
Services: Free Wi-Fi, Defibrillators, Information, ATMs, Smoking Area, Terrace, among others.
Mezzanine
Find in the Mezzanine levels (1 & 2) a wide variety of concessions: Restaurants, lounges, shower services, Child Rooms, Prayer Room, Medical Care and terrace viewings.
Please note that the two top levels are mainly used for services and also terrace viewing.

Passengers can move walking between the two terminals, there are only 300 metres from each other.

British Airways Galleries Lounge: Location: Departures (Transit Zone). Services: Newspapers, beverages, printers, copiers, flight monitors, Internet terminals, snacks, TV, Wi-Fi, telephones. Opening hours: From 06:00 am to 10:30 pm.
DNATA Skyview Lounge: Location: Airside, Mezzanine level. Services: Disabled access, beverages, Fax, newspapers, prayer room, TV, Wi-Fi. Opening hours: From 06:00 am to 08:30 pm. Access fee: CHF 40 / person.

Horizon Lounge (Swissport): Location: Mezzanine level. Services: Beverages, disabled access, Fax, Wi-Fi, newspapers, TV. Opening hours: From 06:00 am to 09:30 pm. Access fee: CHF 40 / person.
Marhaba Lounge: Main Terminal. Services: snacks, Wi-Fi, drinks, newspapers and magazines, among others.
SWISS Senator Lounge: Main Terminal. Services: Wi-Fi, drinks, food, snacks, drinks, among others.
